Inp.polri.go.id – Puncak Jaya. The Puncak Jaya sub-regional conducted a City Security Simulation Training (Sispamkota) for the Mantap Praja Cartenz 2024 Operation on Sunday (25/6/2024).
This training was part of preparations for the upcoming local elections for Regent and Deputy Regent of Puncak Jaya. It involved officers from the Mobile Brigade, Military Command 1714/PJ, and the entire Puncak Jaya Police force.
Operation Unit Chief Senior Inspector R. Ahmad Hari Junianto said that the simulation covered various scenarios, from peaceful situations to handling violent crowds during the elections. The training included managing different stages of potential unrest, from initial prevention by the Dalmas team to intervention by the Brimob Tactical Unit.
The objective iwass to enhance the capabilities of police personnel in handling unforeseen situations during the election process, ensuring they are well-prepared for any challenges that may arise.
