inp.polri.go.id – The North Sumatra Regional Police (Polda Sumut) conducted social activity by providing aids at the Masyun Grand Mosque to celebrate the 76th Bhayangkara Day, on Thursday (23/06/22).
The assistance was ordered by the North Sumatra Police Chief (Kapolda Sumut), Inspector General Drs. R.Z. Panca Putra Simanjuntak, M.Sc., and was conducted by the Deputy Chief of the North Sumatra Police (Wakapolda Sumut) Brigadier General Dr. H. Dadang Hartanto, S.H., S.I.K., M.Sc., accompanied by the high officials of North Sumatran Regional Police, to the management of the Al Mashun Grand Mosque, and the general community.
Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Polda Sumut, Commissioner Hadi Wahyudi said the social activity was part of religious social services and social assistance to welcome the 76th Bhayangkara Day.
He added that Polda Sumut also cleaned the places of worship such as mosques, churches, and temples.
“We also gave some cleaning equipment to the management of the Al Mashun Grand Mosque,” he continued.
The Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) hopes that with religious social service activities and social assistance, the police can knit a strong realtionship with the community to support the performance Polda Sumut in providing the best service to the community.
“We also have to maintain the communication between religious leaders with the National Police to improve and maintain conducive security in North Sumatra,” he concluded.
