inp.polri.go.id – North Sumatra Police Chief (Kapolda Sumut) Inspector General RZ Panca Putra Simanjuntak emphasized that the Samapta Bhayangkara Unit must be strong and that each of its personnel is always ready to maintain public security and order within the jurisdiction of the regional police.
“Samapta personnel are required to have preventive capabilities, which is the ability to prevent any social disturbances in the area,” explained Kapolda Sumut, Sunday (5/6/22).
Inspector General RZ Panca Putra Simanjuntak said that the NCO must also be able to master the equipment and technology that support the tasks of the Police.
“Beret is not just a headgear, but one that displays the qualifications and abilities of a member of the National Police. Therefore, the beret must be guarded and respected, “explained Kapolda Sumut.
He also stressed the importance in giving the best service to the community.
