inp.polri.go.id – In anticipating and prevent criminal acts of stealing and theft, the East City Police increased their patrols, Sunday, (05/06/22).
The patrol activities are held at residents’ settlements, vital objects, and several crime-prone areas, especially the places where the illegal race at night were held.
According to one of the personnel, Bripka Agus Salim, the level of criminal act is quite high, especially the activity of adolescent who-knows-what-they-are-doing late at night.
Meanwhile, the East City Police Chief, IPDA Imanuel Ivan Bagus Pratama Thabaa, S.Tr.K., in another occassion said that the nighttime was their concern in conducting the patrol
Due to the high intensity level of the community activity until late at night or even into the dawn, the active patrols can provide a sense of security and comfort for community members in the jurisdiction of the East City Police.
“Through this patrol, the officers appeal the residents to safeguard the public safety and security in their area, and urge that if a problem occurs, please immediately report it to the authorities,” he explained.
