inp.polri.go.id – The investigative team from the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police (Polda NTT) has transferred the dossier of the mother and child murder by IU to the Public Prosecutor of the NTT High Prosecutor’s Office.
“We have handed over the suspect’s case file, Ira Ua, to the Public Prosecutor,” explained Directorate Of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) of Polda NTT, Commissioner Patar Marlon Hasudungan Silalahi, S.I.K., in Kupang, Saturday (28/5/2022).
The handover was done after the investigative team arrested and detained IU after losing a pretrial hearing against the NTT Police on Tuesday (24/5).
He also said that IU’s suspect file had also been sent to the NTT High Prosecutor’s Office, therefore he also hoped for support from all the people in Kupang City so that the case of the murder of mother and child in Kupang City could be uncovered.
It is hoped that the files sent are complete so that the trial process can also be carried out immediately, as the first suspect, the husband of the victim, named Randy Bajideh.
