inp.polri.go.id –Â The West Sulawesi Regional Police (Polda Sulbar) distributed aid for flood victims in Malunda, Saturday, (28/05/22).
The Head of the West Sulawesi Regional Police (Kapolda Sulbar), Inspector General Verdianto Iskandar Bitticaca said he was concerned about the flood that had affected a number of villages in West Sulawesi. He also appreciated the personnel for responding quickly to help evacuate the victims.
“Give your best for the community in any condition, always be united and don’t forget to take care of your health,” explained the Two-Star General.
The authorities gave the community of Malunda by sending 40 cartons of instant noodles, 49 boxes of Washing Soap and 22 boxes of Bath Soap.
At the same occassion, Commissioner Edt Kurniawan sends the aid to the District Office of Malunda and hoped that the reached to those who truly need it.
Police Commissioner Edy Kurniawan said that even the smallest assistance would mean a lot to the victims, so they cannot delay it. Volunteers at the Malunda District Office also claimed to have data on the affected victims, so the provisions will certainly arrive to the victims.
