inp.polri.go.id –Â The International Relations Division (Div Hubinter) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) is helping in the search for the disappearance of Governor Ridwan Kamil’s first son, Emmeril Khan Mumtadz, who was swept away by the current of the Aaree River in Bern, Switzerland.
The Head of the National Police Public Relations Division (Kadiv Humas), Inspector General Dedi Presetyo said that the Div Hubinter Polri had made their move after receiving an information about the disaster, including requesting the issuance of a Yellow Notice for the search for missing persons.
“The first step is to ask for his identity via the West Java Regional Police and request a Yellow Notice (search for people) to Interpol Switzerland and all other Interpol members,” said Dedi in Jakarta, Friday (27/5/2022).
In addition, Dedi said, Polri also continues to monitor the progress of the search through Police to Police (P to P) collaboration with the police in Switzerland.
“Informally, we asked the police of Swiss on the progress of handling this matter,” continued Dedi.
It was reported that the eldest son of the Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, was reportedly lost in a river in Berm, Switzerland, on May 26, 2022, Swiss time.
