inp.polri.go.id – Sukabumi. The Cicurug Sector Police arrested RC (20), a resident of Parungkuda Subdistrict, for his alleged obscene act.
Cicurug Police Chief, Commissioner Parlan said, RC is suspected of having committed obscene acts several times to several victims by touching women’s sensitive body parts in public.
“This perpetrator is known to have committed these obscene act several times against several victims,” said Parlan, on Sunday (15/5/22)
“The last time the perpetrators did it was on the Mekarsari Permai residential street,” he continued.
Parlan said the perpetrator carried out his obscene act by targeting the victim who was walking alone then the perpetrator using a motorcycle approached the victim.
“The perpetrator also once approached a girl who was playing outside, then the perpetrator took the girl’s outer pants down,” said Parlan.
As a result, the victim felt scared due to the perpetrator’s actions and of course the act also created unrest in the residential environment.
“For the victims, we bring officers from the Social Service to carry out trauma healing and examine the trauma they experienced,” he concluded.
