The National Police (Polri) stated that three Indonesian citizens who were sanctioned by the United States Department of Finance for co-financing the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) group were in Syria. That three individuals are Dwi Dahlia Susanti, Dini Ramadani, and Muhammad Dandi Adhiguna.
“Strongly believed that they are currently in Syria,” explained the Head of the Public Relations Division of Polri, Inspector General Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, M. Hum., M.Sc., M.M., via text message, Tuesday (10/05/2022)
He also explained that Dahlia and Dini were known to be in Syria from their travel documents. Meanwhile, Adhiguna is suspected to be in Syria based on his father’s statement. Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo said that Polri had communicated with Interpol regarding this.
