inp.polri.go.id – The Police appealed the people not to return from their hometowns at the peak of the return flow, which is estimated to be on May 6-8 2022.
The Head of Traffic Corps (Kakorlantas) of the Indonesian National Police (Polri), Inspector General Drs. Firman Santyabudi, M.Sc., explained that this is one of the traffic engineering by the Police to prevent or at least reduce the density of vehicles on the road.
Therefore, travelers who do not have enough time for holiday are expected to return before the 6th May, while those who have it, can go home after the peak of the return flow.
“You can consider to go home earlier to avoid stuck in a traffic jam. But, if you have enough time of day-off, you can go home after the 9th of May,” said Kakorlantas Polri via the official Instagram of divisihumaspolri, Tuesday (3/5/2022).
