Kapolri Invites People to Strengthen The Relationship of Family in The Day of Eid Al-Fitr

inp.polri.go.id – The National Police Chief (Kapolri) General of Police Listyo Sigit Prabowo wished all Muslims a happy Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah to all Muslims in Indonesia. He hopes that this celebration can be used as a momentum for all people to return to their usual daily activities.

“In the midst of echoes of takbir that reverberate on the day of fitrah, I am General of Police Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Sc. The Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri), wishes you a happy Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah. Minal Aidin Wal Faizin, to all Muslims in Indonesia,” explained Kapori in his video greetings, Sunday (1/5/22).

The Indonesian government through the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) has announcedd Eid al-Fitr or Lebaran will be on Monday, May 2, 2022. Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo revealed that the celebration of Eid al-Fitr is also expected to be a momentum for all people to return to being a good person and have good morals.

“Let’s celebrate this day of victory with full of happiness and gratitude to return to human nature and purify our hearts to become a person with good morals,” said Kapolri

Kapolri hopes that Eid Al-Fitr can be a momentum to strengthen the relationship of the family, in hopes in realizing a strong and better Indonesia.

“May Allah SWT bestow mercy and grace on all of us in strengthening the ties of relationship and knit a strong bond for the sake of making Indonesia a better state,” he stated.

Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo also reminded the people to continue to adhere with the health protocols, who are happily celebrating this victory day after a full month of fasting. “I also remind the whole community to stick to health protocols when meeting with your family and friends on this holiday,” remarks Kapolri.
