inp.polri.go.id – The Head of the Public Relations Division (Kadiv Humas) of the National Police (Polri), Inspector General Dr. Dedi Prasetyo, M. Hum., M.Sc., M.M., shared tips for a safe homecoming. According to him, if you do this, people can have fun and safe trips to their hometowns.
According to Kadiv Humas, before making a trip, make sure the house is locked. Second, let your neighbors or relatives know you’re going to leave for a while.
“Three, you can also inform Bhabinkamtibmas. Fourth, if you are using your vehicle, you must check thoroughly your vehicle’s condition,” stated Kadiv Humas Polri, Jakarta, Saturday (23/5/22).
The fifth tip is if you use public transportation, make sure to only bring the necessary items. Avoid carrying too many items.
Sixth, to ensure immunity to Covid-19 when going to hometown, citizens are encouraged to get fully vaccinated.
“When driving, obey the traffic signs. Rest in the existing rest area. And if you have any problems on the road, you can contact the Security Post or the Police Service Post on the road.
Lastly, stay disciplined in your activities. Let’s make the trip a safe, healthy, and happy trip,” said Kadiv Humas Polri.
It is known, that in securing the homecoming of this year, around 140,000 joint personnel were deployed. All of this personnel will fill 2,702 posts consisting of 1,710 security posts, 734 service posts, and 258 integrated posts.
