inp.polri.go.id – To prevent criminal and thuggery acts at the Central Mamberamo, the Community Development of Central Mamberamo Police (Polres) carried out Operation Bina Kusuma Cartenz-2022 by having a meeting with the Chairperson of the Megambilis Klasis, Yaber Foisa, and Community Leader, Sepi Barusa, and discussing the Counseling and Prevention of Thugs in the Kobakma District Tuesday ( 19/04).
This was done under the direction of the Central Mamberamo Police Chief AKBP Rahmad Koharudin, S.H, to all operational functions to always care about the security situation and public order, one of which is by doing patrol to increase the presence of police amid the community as one of the efforts to prevent all forms of security disturbances.
“The purpose of this program is to prevent thuggery, drugs, juvenile delinquency, and other societal ills, such as street crime. The Bina Kusuma Operations is carried out towards an act related to thuggery (street crimes) and suppressing criminal acts through efforts to prevent crime,” said the Head of the Community Development Unit.
He said homeless and buskers and illegal parking attendants around the Central Mamberamo Police District Law area will be their target, in addition to preventing criminal acts and juvenile delinquency.
The head of the Community Development unit, Iptu Yustinus Wudu, said that this activity “aims to reduce the crime rate. The eradication of thuggery has become a problem that must be resolved immediately, so it is deemed necessary to make it a priority program, and an appeal to the community to jointly prevent thuggery acts in the jurisdiction of the Mamberamo Police. middle,” he said.
In this activity, Wudu was accompanied by Bripka I Putu Antara. On that occasion, they also present daily supplies to the Chairperson of the Yaber Foisa and Community Leaders, Sepi Barusa, and all Community Development Personnel ceremonially. On that same occasion, they also told the people about the importance of a safe and conducive situation, so that people can work without worry and carry out other activities safely.
