inp.polri.go.id – The West Java Regional Police (Polda Jabar) established 337 posts during the Lodaya Ketupat Operation to safeguard people when returning to their hometowns for Eid 2022.
Head of Public Relations (Kabid Humas) of Polda Jabar, Commissioner Ibrahim Tompo, S.I.K., M.Sc., said that the 337 posts consisted of 239 security posts and 74 service posts. In addition, there are two integrated posts and one main post which is the main post for handling the security of homecoming.
“Well, this post will later be useful for security and services as well as control and evaluation analysis in the upcoming homecoming flow,” said Kabid Humas Polda Jabar, on Monday (18/04/22).
Kabid Humas also said that there are also 1,136 police posts scattered in various areas who were on standby to regulate traffic during the homecoming flow. In carrying out the security of the homecoming flow, the police are also trying to maintain the health of the community.
In the same place, he hoped that the people who were going to their hometown had been vaccinated with the third dose vaccine. “This year’s homecoming tagline is fit homecoming, safe and smooth homecoming. Fit in this context is that the community at least fits enough to avoid the Covid-19 virus,” explained Kabid Humas Polda Jabar.
He then ensures that the routes in this province are safe for travelers to go to their hometowns.
“Regarding the road conditions, in general, the condition of the roads from the north, the condition of the toll roads, middle arteries, and south arteries is in good condition to pass,” concluded Polda Jabar.
