inp.polri.go.id – Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Wamenparekraf)/Deputy Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, Angela Tanoesoedibjo, invited the Small Enterprises Hub (SMEsHub) to encourage the younger generation to explore the potential of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism and creative economy sectors (parekraf).
Wamenparekraf Angela Tanoesoedibjo held a discussion with SMEsHub Indonesia regarding the introduction of the SMEsHub digital platform that collaborates with MSMEs and the younger generation, at the Sapta Pesona Building, Central Jakarta.
Angela Tanoesoedibjo explained that the vision of SMEsHub is in line with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy vision, especially regarding the MSMEs that involve the creative economy which is very close to the younger generation.
“I’ve been following @smeshub.id’s development for a long time. It’s great to finally be able to discuss with young leaders who have a vision for developing the great potential of MSMEs and Indonesia’s young generation. I am sure that with this collaboration, we can strengthen our tourism MSME ecosystem and our creative economy,” said Wamenparekraf Angela.
SMEsHub itself is a digital application that specifically addresses the needs of Indonesian MSME entrepreneurs. SMEsHub is the only digital platform that is on-demand in Indonesia with various inclusive and integrated features.
Led by a young generation, SMEsHub Indonesia was formed by Lutpi Ginanjar, 26, and successfully included in the TOP 30 Asean Startup Challenge. Not only focusing on MSMEs, but SMEsHub also focuses on the younger generation who want to be entrepreneurs. They are trained digitally by SMEsHub so that they can market and produce creative products.
