inp.polri.go.id – Mataram. The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police have formed the Vaccination P-Care Battalion. This battalion is tasked with collecting data on residents who have been vaccinated in Central Lombok Regency (Loteng). Its members consist of the National Armed Forces, National Police, health workers, and volunteers.
The formation of the P-Care Battalion is to accelerate the national vaccination program, especially in Central Lombok Regency, explained the person in charge of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police P-Care Battalion, Police Commissioner dr. Hery Prayoga at the Loteng Police Headquarters, Thursday (09/30/21).
According to the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Intermediate Officer, the P-Care Battalion is the right solution to speed up data collection for residents who have been vaccinated. Moreover, the Vaccination Battalion has been vaccinating from house to house. They even moved to remote hamlets that the internet network had not reached.
The P-Care Battalion is tasked with entering data on residents who have been vaccinated. This battalion is concentrated in the Attic Police Headquarters. Every day, tirelessly, members of the National Armed Forces and National Police and health workers and volunteers input the data of residents who have been vaccinated in the main meeting room of the Loteng Resort Police.
“So that the government and citizens can quickly get information related to national vaccination achievements and data on citizens who have been vaccinated,” said Police Commissioner Hery Prayoga
Another obstacle that accompanies the acceleration of vaccination in the Attic is that many population registration numbers (NIK) are still not yet online. That’sThat’s because many residents have not recorded their electronic ID cards.
However, this obstacle can be overcome by involving the Department of Population and Civil Registration Office to verify citizen data. “Several employees from the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Central Lombok are on standby here every day to help us verify the data of residents whose ID cards have not been updated,” explained the person in charge of the P-Care Battalion of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police.
The Ministry of Health created the P-Care application through BPJS for national vaccination data collection. Through this application, everyone can find out the achievements of vaccination nationally.
“This is a brilliant idea from our leadership to speed up data collection in Central Lombok. Thus, the achievements of vaccination achievements will be immediately visible and can be updated every day,” concluded the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Intermediate Officer.
