inp.polri.go.id – Yogyakarta. The Yogyakarta Regional Police HR Bureau held an activity for the Prevention/Prevention of Radicalism and Intolerance to the Yogyakarta National Police personnel and their ranks, Wednesday (09/29/2021).
Located in the Anton Soedjarwo Building Yogya Regional Police, the activity was opened directly by the HR Chief Bureau of the Yogyakarta Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Yohanes Ragil Heru Susetyo was attended by the Yogyakarta Regional Police work unit personnel.
Meanwhile, Resort/Resort Departemental Police personnel from the Yogyakarta Regional Police also participated in the activity online at their respective Police Headquarters/ta.
In his speech, the HR Chief Bureau of Yogyakarta Regional Police said that since 2005, Yogyakarta had been awarded the title “The City Of Tolerance”.
“Of course, bearing the title with this slogan is not an easy thing. Moreover, Yogyakarta is known as an open and plural place, but the social and cultural model of the people of Yogyakarta can HR Chief Bureau of Yogyakarta Regional Police.
Furthermore, the HR Chief Bureau of Yogyakarta Regional Police advised the participants to pay close attention to the messages conveyed by the speakers.
“Therefore, I hope that through this activity, the participants can add insight and understanding regarding the dangers of understanding radicalism and efforts to prevent it,” said HR Chief Bureau of Yogyakarta Regional Police.
The activity was continued with explanations and discussions with the speakers, namely the chairman of the FKPT (Coordination Forum for Countering Terrorism) and GEMAYOMI (Yogyakarta Community Movement Against Intolerance) Yogyakarta, and filled with former Bali Bombing Perpetrator 1 Jack Harun guided by the moderator – Pol. Commissioner Ris Supriyanto from the Yogyakarta Regional Police HR Bureau.
