The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Attendant Shinto Silitonga said the land being traded by the suspect was in Banjarsari Village, Cipocokjaya District, Serang City.
“The land belongs to Sugianto Lukman. The land under AJB was purchased in 1993 – 1997, covering an area of 182 hectares. The land has never been traded,” explained the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Regional Police, Wednesday (09/29/21).
The mode by which the suspect is used is by using incorrect information on the deed of sale and purchase (AJB) and land parcels.
“The evidence that we have secured AJB, land books and other evidence,” said Pol. Grrand Commissioner Shinto Silitonga.
Meanwhile, at the same place, the Directorate of Crime Investigation at Banten Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner Ade Rahmat Ideal said that the perpetrators had sold the 100 hectares to several residents.
