Papua – Noken Community Guidance and Development in the Tolikara district of Papua implements the PEKA (Peduli Kamtibmas, Public Security Order Caring) program in Timojimo Village, Nelawi District, Tolikara Reggency. Through a visit program to the community leader of the Nelawi District, Mr. Etamin Wanimbo.
On Wednesday morning, September 22, 2021, the activity will be held at 09.00 AM, Police First Inspector widada with Brigadier Petrus Hamokwarong and Brigadier Jordan p. Bonay, Second Brigadier Rambo D. Womsiwor, and First Brigadier Pilipus Santai.
When they arrived at the location, Community Guidance and Development personnel of Noken Tolikara was greeted by Mr. Etamin Wanimbo and members of the public. Police First Inspector Widada conveyed an expression of gratitude for the acceptance of the residents who were full of hospitality. An appeal related to security and safety was also conveyed, “I invite leaders and community members to work together to maintain a safe and conducive Public Security order situation. This aims to ensure that routine community activities can run smoothly.”
Mr. Etamin Wanimbo, as a Community Leader, is very enthusiastic about accepting the presence of the Noken Binmas Task Force and will support the program to be implemented. The sense of care and empathy of the apparatus by being present and directly assisting residents who are currently active is intensely felt by the community and strengthens partnership ties. Furthermore, the presence of the Binmas Task Force amid the community strengthens the role of the figures that the roles and figures are very influential on the community members.
Noken Community Guidance and Development personnel hope that the community can cooperate and play an active role to jointly assist the Binmas Task Force in maintaining security in their respective environments so that it will have an impact on the security and safety of Sitkamtibmas in Tolikara Regency, government service activities take place in an orderly manner without interference, threats of intervention from another party.
