Inspector-General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho accompanied the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, on a working visit to Cilegon-Banten City to inaugurate Hot Strip Mill 2, which is located in the PT. Krakatau Steel, Tuesday (09/21).
During his visit this time, the President was accompanied by Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, Minister of SOEs Erick Tohir, and Spokesperson of the Indonesian Parliament, Puan Maharani, Also present were the South Korean Ambassador and the President Director of PT. Krakatoa Steel.
Upon arrival at the Helipad PT. Krakatau Steel, the President, was immediately greeted by the Banten Regional Police Chief, Military Regional Command 064/Maulana Yusuf and the Banten Governor, then immediately inspected the location of the Hot Strip Mill 2 Factory.
The inauguration of Hot Strip Mill 2 is a series of activities for the President’s visit to Banten Province, which is also planned to visit SMAN 4 Serang City, Singandaru Health Center and Banten Provincial Government Headquarter (KP3B) in Serang City.
Banten Regional Police Chief, Pol. inspector-General Rudy Heriyanto Adi Nugroho, who immediately welcomed the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo and accompanying him to inaugurate Hot Strip Mill 2, said that he had mobilized his personnel to secure the working visit of the number one person in Indonesia.
The security carried out by the joint National Armed Forces ft. National Police personnel during the working visit of the President of the Republic of Indonesia was spread from the location of the Helipad where the President landed, the location of the inauguration to the Cilegon-Serang highway, which the President’s entourage planned to pass.
