The appointment of the troops and equipment was to ensure the preparedness of The Mobile Brigade Unit of the Banten Regional Police personnel in the face of natural disasters in 2021.
Commander of The Mobile Brigade Unit of the Banten Regional Police, Police Grand Commissioner Dwi Yanto Nugroho said, “Today we have just held an assembly of troops and equipment at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters of Banten Regional Police,” said Dwi Yanto Nugroho, Friday (17/09/2021).
“Where the assembly of troops and equipment is aimed at checking and ensuring that the Search & Rescue (SAR) personnel, vehicles, and equipment are in a state of operational readiness and clean. So that if a disaster occurs, The Mobile Brigade Unit of the Banten Regional Police personnel is ready,” said the Mobile Brigade Unit Commander.
Police Grand Commissioner Dwi Yanto hopes that with the holding of the deployment of the troops and equipment, personnel, vehicles, and equipment are ready to carry out operations in the face of disaster tasks in the jurisdiction of the Banten Regional Police.
As for this Call, it was led by Gegana Detachment Commander, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant Ndaru Istimawan accompanied by Head of Operations of the Banten Mobile Brigade Unit, Police Grand Commissioner Attendant Maya Heni Hitijahubessy, Battalion Commander C Pioneer, Police Commissioner Julianur Sidik and Deputy of Battalion Commander B Police Commissioner Attendant Totong M. And followed by Gegana Detachment personnel as much as 2 SST (One platoon-level unit), Pioneer A Battalion Personnel as many as 3 SST, Pioneer B Battalion Personnel as much as 3 SST and Pioneer C Battalion Personnel as much as 1 SST.
And the types of vehicles and equipment that have been prepared by the Mobile Brigade Unit of the Banten Regional Police are one unit of the Mobile Brigade Unit of Search & Rescue (SAR) car, Ambulance 1 unit, double cabin car 2 units, Joko Tingkir boat 3 units, dirt bike 10 units, 1 unit boat and outboard motor along with SAR equipment.
