North Maluku Regional Police Chief Distributes Aid to Farmers in East Halmahera

inp.polri.go.id – Ternate. North Maluku Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General. Risyapudin Nursin together with the Head of the North Maluku Regional Bhayangkari and the Main Official of the North Maluku Regional Police made a Working Visit (Kuker) at the East Halmahera Resort Police, Thursday (09/09/21).

During the working visit, the North Maluku Regional Police Chief along with his entourage also took the time to provide necessities and compassion to MSMEs, farmers to the hinterland, or togutil tribes residing in Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency.

Head of North Maluku Regional Police’s Public Relations, Pol. Grand Commissioner Adip Rojikan stated that the activity was a series of activities in the context of a working visit at the East Halmahera Resort Police, to see firsthand the security and social security situation and efforts to prevent and handle Covid-19 in East Halmahera.

“The social assistance distributed is expected to provide direct benefits to the community, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic so that it can ease the burden on the community a little,” he said.

In addition to providing social assistance, continued the Section Head, the Regional Police Chief and his entourage also provided compassion as a form of concern for others.

“We visited Bhayangkari SMEs, farmers, and inland tribes in the Halmahera forest,” he said.

The Regional Police Chief also gave an appeal to obey health protocols and carry out vaccinations to achieve herd immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Let’s take care of ourselves and our families together by vaccinating and adhering to existing health protocols,” he said
