inp.polri.go.id – Jambi. Jambi Regional Police prepares 4,000 Covid-19 vaccine doses for 12-year-old and above students and teachers held for two days into different vaccination centres with 2,000 doses for each place.
Chief of Jambi Regional Police, Police Inspector General A Rachmad Wibowo, stated that after Jambi Regional Police held mass vaccination for the general public, now they held vaccination event targeting 12 year old plus students and teachers in Jambi city, held for two days.
“The vaccination service for students and teachers is scheduled on Saturday and Sunday (September 4-5, 2021) held in two vaccination centres: Yello Hotel of Transmart Jambi Complex and Ratu Convention Centre. Therefore, the event will not disturb their online learning”, Chief of Jambi Regional Police said.
The Chief of Jambi Regional Police also mentioned that the vaccination would also be assisted by medicine students of Jambi University, nurses from Baiturrahim Health Science High School and Adiwangsa University, besides the main force of medical workers from the Jambi Regional Police. The mass vaccination for the general public would still run in the front yard of Yello Hotel of Transmart Jambi Complex and Ratu Convention Centre of Ratu Hotel.
“For general public vaccination, they do not have to register online. They could simply walk to the vaccination centre. This rule is applied to people injecting for either the first or second dose. We will give you the queueing number and the registration form”, he concluded.
