General Commissioner Agus Andrianto,emphasized the commitment of the National Police to oversee the Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Funds (BLBI Task Force) in carrying out their duties. Those found to have hampered efforts to recover state finances of up to IDR 110 trillion will be dealt with.
“We, the police will make efforts to enforce the law if in its implementation there are excesses that can interfere with government policies and decisions to restore the country’s rights, ” explained the Head of Criminal Investigation Agency in a virtual press conference, Friday (08/27/2021).
The Head of the Criminal Investigation Agency attended a ceremony for the control of ex-Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance assets by the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Task Force (Satgas). The National Police is committed to securing and overseeing efforts to collect obligor assets.
May the Lord God almighty make it easy for all parties who have good intentions to restore the rights of the state, explained the Head of Criminal Investigation Agency.
The Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Task Force, which was formed based on Presidential Decree Number 6 of 2021, has carried out a series of strategies, programs, and activities to return collection rights to the state by collecting obligors and debtors as well as handling property assets which is carried out in stages and measurably.
One of the efforts to handle property assets is the control of land and building assets through the installation of security signs aimed at the settlement and restoration of state rights from Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance funds by the Bank Indonesia Liquidity AssistanceTask Force.
