While Cycling, Central Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Monitors Security and Public Order and Distributes Food in Palangkaraya City

inp.polri.go.id – Palangkaraya. Central Kalimantan Regional Police Chief, Pol. Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, doing cycling together with Regional Supervisor Inspectorat Pol. Grand Commissioner Iman Prijantoro, and a number of key officials from the Central Kalimantan Police while monitoring the situation of Security and Public Order around Palangkaraya City, Friday (06/11).

Head of Public Relations of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Pol. Grand Commissioner K. Eko Saputro, said that the relaxed bicycle activity held by the Central Kalimantan Regional Police was an effort to maintain health and increase endurance during the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Before leaving for cycling, the Regional Police Chief warms up and urges riding participants to adhere to health protocols and to be orderly on the road so as not to disturb other road users,” explained the Head of Public Relations of Central Kalimantan Regional Police.

The Head of Public Relations of Central Kalimantan Regional Police said that in addition to monitoring security and social order by cycling, the Regional Police Chief and his entourage also distributed 100 food packages to street cleaners in Palangka Raya City.

“What we are doing now is one of our forms of empathy for the community when facing the Covid-19 pandemic. Hopefully, the people of Central Kalimantan could get through all the trials that the Lord God of Almighty has given us,” explained the Head of Public Relations of Central Kalimantan Regional Police.
