Regarding thuggery actions, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo: Police have a 110 hotline service to provide maximum assistance to residents

The National Police Chief, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, alerted to the entire community to take advantage of the Hotline 110 service if they needed assistance related to security and social security issues, especially if they experienced acts of thuggery and the like.

The National Police Chief alerted to the public to use Hotline 110 when encountering thuggery. As is known, service 110 will be available 24 hours for people who need assistance from the police. “The police now have the Dumas Presisi application and the Hotline 110 service. We will provide maximum assistance to residents,” said the National Police Chief.

This was conveyed by the National Police Chief shortly after instructing all regional police officers to eradicate acts of terrorism in Indonesia, Friday (06/11/21).

As is known, the Indonesian National Police launched an emergency service or hotline 110 at the West Java Police’s Headquarter, Thursday (05/20/2021). The emergency service is to respond quickly to public complaints that come to the police. Hotline 110 was launched directly by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, accompanied by National Armed Forces’ Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto.

On this occasion, it was also conveyed that Hotline 110 devices were recorded at 420 points. Namely, one at Police Headquarters, 32 Regional Police ranks, and 387 National Police. The service itself is free for people who need a response from the authorities.
