The East Java Regional Police Have Received 14 Reports Related to Alleged Sexual Violence Crimes

inp.polri.go.id – Surabaya. Reports of alleged cases of sexual violence, physical violence, and economic exploitation by the founder of Selamat Pagi Indonesia High School (SPI) continue to grow. East Java Regional Police’s Head of PR, Pol. Grand Commissioner Gatot Repli Handoko said as many as 14 people had officially reported the founder of Selamat Pagi Indonesia High School to the East Java Regional Police.

“The 14 reporting witnesses have been questioned by investigators and are still in the process of being investigated by the General of Special Crime Investigation Directorate of Regional Police,” said the East Java Regional Police’s Head of PR at Regional Headquarter Monday (06/07).

In addition to receiving 14 reports from witnesses, the Regional Police also received complaints via the telephone hotline.

The Head of Public Relations revealed that at least 20 people had been recorded to report allegations of sexual, physical, and economic exploitation by JE, the founder of the SPI High School, through the hotline.

“But we have to prove the report is true or not,” explained the Head of Public Relations.

The Head of Public Relations said that his party had also summoned the Headmaster of SPI High School and the Superintendent of SPI High School on Monday (06/07), for questioning, from 09.00 AM to 01.00 PM GMT+7.
