National Army Commander Marshal Hadi Tjahjanto and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit, together with Chief of National Agency for Disaster Management Ganip Warsito and Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, directly inspected vaccinations in Grobogan district, Central Java, Sunday afternoon (06/06/2021).
On that occasion, Sigit said, in the past few days the Indonesian National Police carried out a review in Central Java regarding Covid in Kudus. Because of the effect on area of border with the Kudus Regency that was affected by Covid 19.
We have reviewed several regencies in Central Java, including Cilacap, Pati Kudus, Blora and Grobogan. For the Kudus area, by taking steps in adding Micro Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities personnel with the strength of the National Army and Police, said Sigit in his written statement.
This addition, said Sigit, to carry out tracing as well as those that have been traced, then a PCR follow-up examination was carried out. Because the number is now so high, for those who are self-isolating at home, starting today, an evacuation will be carried out at Dormitory G Donyudan.
“Because there is one of referral centers for self-isolation that we have prepared for health workers and treatment. Then gradually, for reference places in the Kudus area, we also prepared for that, so that there are two areas that we have prepared, namely the Kudus area and Donoyudan,” said Sigit.
Furthermore, Sigit added, for the border area, the current number is still quite good, but the Kudus situation must be controlled, so that it doesn’t grow anywhere. Therefore, 3M education must be strengthened, Micro Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities, compliance with the use of masks, it must be reminded to the public.
Meanwhile, the Commander of National Army, MA Serkal Hadi Tjahjanto, revealed that the Covid-19 problem is a shared responsibility, not only the government, the National Army or the Police. But this is a shared responsibility in breaking the Covid-19 chain.
Hadi said that currently the government, National Army and Police needs the participation of community to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. At a minimum, he said, everyone reminded each other to be disciplined about the health protocol, namely 3 M (wearing masks, washing hands and avoiding crowds).
“By way of the pattern running in accordance with the direction, first to make the situation healthy, secondly to provide insight to the community, the third Micro Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities must be more leverage in handling Covid in Kudus and Grobogan,” said Hadi.
Present at the visit, the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo, represented by the Regional Secretary of Central Java Province, Central Java Police Chief, Pol. General Inspector Ahmad Luthfi, Regional Commander IV Diponegoro, Major General Rudianto, the main official of Central Java Regional Police and Diponegoro Regional Military Command IV, accompanied the National Commander and National Police Chief after checking the Kudus Regency affected by Covid 19.
