inp.polri.go.id – Denpasar. Bali Regional Police received Lemkapi’s (Indonesian Police Institute for Strategic Studies) Presisi Award for its innovations in public services. According to Lemkapi’s research, the using of technology in public services has increased public satisfaction with Indonesian National Police services by 84,2%.
“We see various innovations launched by the Chief of Indonesian National Police, Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo on his 100 working days and followed by all levels of the Indonesian National Police, proven to be able to increase public satisfaction with Indonesian National Police’s services in the community by 84.2 percent,” said Lemkapi Executive Director Edi Hasibuan.
The award was delivered and witnessed directly by the Chief of Bali Regional Police, Police Inspector General Putu Jayan Danu Putra. Edi Hasibuan explained, the innovations made by the Bali Regional Police are Samsat Kerti service, Samsat Drive Thru Mobile and Samsat Thru Ditlantas, are appreciated by the public. The Governor of Bali also expressed his appreciation for the services. Likewise, public also appreciates SKCK (Police Criminal Record) Drive Thru service initiated by the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (Direktorat Intelkam).
On this occasion, Edi also asked all levels of the Indonesian National Police to continue to improve services in supporting the Chief of Indonesian Police’s program so that police’s services and presence were increasingly felt by the community. Meanwhile, the Chief of Bali Regional Office expressed his gratitude for Lemkapi’s concern for the innovation.
“We came to the Regional Police on behalf of the community to express our appreciation and gratitude to the Chief of Bali Regional police and all his team who continue to improve services for the community. We will continue working to serve the community to manifest Presisi (Predictive, Responsibility, Transparancy, Just),” he concluded.
