PSSI, National Police, PT. LIB, and Ministry of Youth and Sports Will Held Coordination Meeting Next Week

inp.polri.go.id – Jakarta. New Indonesian League, Ltd. (PT. LIB) will kick off a coordination meeting on planning Indonesian football competitions of League 1 and League 2 this season. The conference would be held in the Office of Youth and Sports Ministry, Tuesday (25/5/2021).

Police, the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI), and the Ministry of Youth and Sports will attend the meeting. During the meeting, PT. LIB would present the commencement of this season’s League 1 and League 2.

“Next Tuesday, we will hold the coordination meeting at (the office of) Ministry of Youth and Sports, we also will include the PSSI as well”, President Director of PT. LIB, Akhmad Hadian Lukita, said when phoned by Suara.com.

“The meeting’s content is the same when we were discussing the permit (of Menpora Cup). We will later explain on league’s plans with every stakeholder”, he explains.

The difference between the Menpora cup and the future competition is allowing public spectators to enter the stadium.

There was no such policy at Menpora cup. Therefore, there are two options on whether to allow the spectators in the stadium.

“The discussion includes the plan of allowing spectators. We will propose two options: with or without spectators”, said the West Javanese man.

The kick-off of the League 1 season 2021/2022 is planned for July 3rd. League 2 would be held two weeks after League 1.
